ACCRA PROPERTY

Terms of use

The responsibilities that keep property search clear and trustworthy.

Effective date: 5 October 2026 · Operator: Steven Matetcho, trading as Accra Property.

Using the platform

Accra Property helps people discover properties, compare stated costs, contact agents, arrange viewings and keep payment records. Browsing is public. An account is needed for listing management and most personal activity; a secure receipt signing link can be used without an account.

Use the service only if you can enter into the relevant agreements, or with appropriate assistance. Keep your account secure and use your own information. Do not impersonate someone else or sign on their behalf without authority.

Listings and verification

Agents and owners must have authority to market the property, supply accurate details, disclose all charges and keep availability current. Upload only media you own or have permission to publish. Do not publish misleading, discriminatory, unlawful or fraudulent content.

Publication review is not independent identity, ownership, title or property-condition verification. Confirm the property, the person’s authority and the full payment terms before paying. We may reject or withdraw listings and investigate reports. Availability and third-party maps can change.

Viewings and communication

A requested time is confirmed only when the agent accepts it, or the renter accepts the agent’s proposed alternative. Enquiry records show an introduction or intent to contact; they do not prove a call happened. Contact and viewing information is shared with the relevant participants.

Use the notification bell and your viewing inbox for updates. The platform does not currently send automatic email or SMS reminders.

Fees and tenancy agreements

Browsing, renter enquiries and viewing requests carry no Accra Property platform fee. Agent profiles and listings are free. Rental agents who explicitly accept the separate Agent Referral Agreement may owe its success fee. That agreement determines eligibility and payment obligations; these terms do not replace it.

Rent, advance, deposits and agent commission are agreed directly with the agent or landlord. Accra Property does not collect or hold those payments or provide escrow. A separate tenancy agreement should describe the tenancy and agreed charges. See Payments & refunds.

Receipts and signatures

A receipt records a payment acknowledged by the agent; it does not independently verify a bank or Mobile Money transaction. Review the payer, property, amount, payment date and period before signing. A transaction reference is optional.

Issuing freezes the payment details. Both participants must consent to their own signature. Shared-link access establishes possession of the link, not independently verified identity. Issued records and signature history are preserved; errors can be disputed and corrected using a separate receipt with a documented void where appropriate.

Help, changes and applicable rights

Report inaccurate listings through the property page or email petnooky@gmail.com. We may restrict misuse and update the service or these terms. The effective date identifies this version. Changes to the agent referral agreement require separate explicit acceptance.

These terms do not remove rights or protections that apply under Ghanaian law. The service does not guarantee a successful rental, uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of information supplied by others. See our Privacy notice for information handling.
