Include your account email, the property or receipt reference, and a short description. A screenshot can help. Do not include payment PINs, passwords or full bank/card credentials. Email opens your mail app; it is not sent automatically.

Find the right place

• Agent dashboard: manage listings, viewings, agreement, referral records and receipts.
• Viewing appointments: check requests and confirmed or proposed times.
• Payment receipts & signatures: review and sign a receipt linked to your account.
• Your account: check the email you are using or sign out.

Guest signing links expire after seven days and can be used once. Ask the issuing agent for a replacement if a link has expired or been revoked.

Report a property or payment concern

Use “Report this listing” on the property page for misleading information, unavailable properties or suspected scams. Use the dispute control on a receipt for incorrect amounts or payment details. Email support if you cannot access those controls.

For payments made outside the platform, contact the payment recipient and your payment provider promptly. Accra Property cannot reverse a bank or Mobile Money transfer.

For access, correction, export or deletion requests, email support and identify your account or receipt. Read the Privacy notice, Terms of use and Payments & refunds for details.
