ACCRA PROPERTY

Privacy notice

How we use your information when you find, list or rent a property.

Effective date: 5 October 2026 · Operator: Steven Matetcho, trading as Accra Property.

Information we collect

When you sign in, we use the account identifier and email supplied through ChatGPT sign-in. Agent profiles include the name, phone number, agency and optional portrait you provide. Listings contain property details, prices, facilities, location, photos and videos.

We store saved properties and searches, enquiries, viewing requests, names and contact numbers, outcome reports, agreements, payment receipt details, signatures, signing times and document fingerprints. Guest receipts include the renter name entered by the agent and the signature supplied by the link holder. A shared-link signature does not independently verify identity.

Why we use it

We use information to publish listings, match searches, arrange viewings, manage enquiries, record agreed referral fees, create and sign receipts, investigate reports and maintain an audit trail. We do not use this service to collect rent or hold deposits.

The property guide currently uses the platform’s built-in matching and guidance. No paid external AI provider is connected.

Who can see it

Approved, available listings and the listing agent’s name, agency, phone and portrait are visible to visitors. Only publish media you have permission to share; remove personal documents, faces without permission and precise location metadata you do not want disclosed.

Enquiries, viewing requests and referral records are available to the participating renter, agent and administrator for the relevant workflow. Issued receipts are available to their participants. A person holding a valid signing link can see that receipt, even without an account. Share the link only with the named renter; the agent can revoke it.

We use Sites hosting and Cloudflare storage infrastructure. These providers process hosting, authentication, storage and operational information under their own terms; processing may occur outside Ghana. Opening WhatsApp, ChatGPT sign-in or a Google map sends information to those services. Their privacy notices also apply.

Browser storage and notifications

Your browser stores your appearance preference and may store guest saved-property and comparison selections. Signed-in activity is stored against your account. You can clear browser storage through your browser settings. Hosting and sign-in services may use cookies necessary for their operation.

Notifications appear on the website. We do not currently send automated email or SMS notifications. WhatsApp messages are sent only when you complete the sharing action in WhatsApp.

Signatures and retention

Saving a reusable signature is optional. You can delete your saved signature through the signature controls. Reusing a drawing still requires you to review and consent to each document. Deleting the reusable drawing does not erase signatures already placed on issued documents.

We retain records while needed to operate your account, handle payments and disputes, and preserve document evidence. There is no automatic deletion schedule currently configured. A withdrawal removes a listing from normal search but does not delete its historical records. We assess deletion requests individually, including records needed for an unresolved dispute or applicable obligations.

Signing links expire after seven days and can be used once for a signature or dispute. Link expiry does not delete the underlying receipt.

Your requests and questions

Email petnooky@gmail.com to request access, correction, export or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. Include your account email and relevant listing or receipt reference. We may ask you to confirm control of the account before disclosing information. Do not send passwords, payment PINs or identity documents unless a specific secure process has been agreed.

We will explain any information we must retain and why. For information about Ghana’s data protection framework and complaint channels, visit the Data Protection Commission.
